JSN Photography provides professional photography, videography, drone, and photobooth services. The scope, pricing, and delivery timelines are defined in each project agreement or booking confirmation.
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
Full payment is due before the delivery of final media unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the session to receive a partial refund; deposits are non-refundable.
All images and videos captured by JSN Photography remain the intellectual property of JSN Photography.
Clients receive a license for personal or agreed-upon commercial use.
Images may be used by JSN Photography for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that shoot locations are accessible, safe, and compliant with local laws and permits (especially for drone operations).
Final edited photos and videos are typically delivered within the agreed timeframe via digital download or client gallery. Rush delivery may be available upon request.
While every effort is made to deliver exceptional results, JSN Photography is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, equipment failure, or event restrictions beyond our control.
JSN Photography reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
